Perched above the medieval village of Bagnone, our villa sleeps a maximum of 12 people and is set in the hills about half an hour from the coast. It's perfectly placed for a peaceful Italian holiday whether that be sun, sea and sand, culture and incredible scenery, skiing and snow sports or just getting away from it all. Just an hour from three different airports it is easily and cheaply accessible. Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre are all within easy driving distance of the villa.

Il Borgo holiday home is a small jewel entirely in stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bed, a bathroom, and an open space with a sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen. The accommodation has an exclusive pool with views of the Apennines, which can be reached directly from the kitchen French door. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca.
