Apartment vacation rentals in Somiedo

We were 2 couples. The quiet village, has everything you need, supermarket, restaurant.. etc. The apartment is very good, like at home.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

Ideally situated in the middle of Oviedo. The apartment was clean & tidy, with everything you needed & more. Easy to walk around with the bus & train stations approx 5 minutes away.

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

An excellent place, José took care of everything at all times, an ideal place to disconnect. We will definitely be back

Gema is a wonderful person, the apartment was very nice and the town is beautiful, the truth is that it is a 10 in every aspect. She was also very attentive to everything and the apartment had everything! It was also very close to everything and very easy to access.

We had a great stay grocery store right across the street very handy. Everything was extremely nice and close to the cathedral two minute walk.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest in the city. It is very quiet, no noise is heard from outside and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

Maite is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described and is very clean and well presented. The apartment has everything you need - we stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It is located in the centre of Oviedo with shops, restaurants, buses all within walking distance. We will book again when we return to Oviedo.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Lots of space. It was difficult to locate not being a Spanish speaker but she offers instructions to assist. Not a fault of the host. Host is very responsive and kind.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.

Antonio‘s place is exceptionally located in the real old neighborhood of Cudillero! It is amazing and the patio is the place to be where you can look over all of Cudillero and see all of the happenings going on! Antonio‘s place has been very nicely updated with wonderful furnishings. You have to be able to navigate stairs in order to stay here, but the exercise is good, and the experience is great.!!

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

Everything was perfect. Isolina is a magnificent person who helped us at all times. Cider, cake, fruit and welcome croissants. Always attentive to make sure we were having a good stay 100% recommended,%

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

The place was in an excellent location and was pristine. The parking was well managed, about 10mins slow walk with lotsa baggage but it was well worth it.
