I stayed in this apartment for two nights with my family, including a newborn. Very welcoming and very clean apartment. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms equipped with everything, as in the description. Great flexible check-in with lockbox. Private parking space, very convenient. Simone and Fabiola very helpful and kind right from the start. The directions for access were clear. Felt right at home!

Giuliano is a very kind and helpful host! His villa is just perfect. Gorgeous and peaceful place. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities required. The outdoor facilities were outstanding and very well maintained.

Lovely new apartment that was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great quiet location that was ideal for day trips around the region. Apartment was just as pictured and kitchen was well appointed. Laundry area in basement was exclusive to the unit and had full size washer and dryer. Daniele was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if we were in the area.

Federica's house has a unique atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and close to Perugia, offering the perfect compromise between tranquility and comfort to reach different locations in Umbria. It is cozy, very clean and spacious. Federica was really nice, always available to help us with advice on places to see and where to eat, or when we had any requests. We really enjoyed ourselves and considering how much Umbria has to offer, we will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended.

Paolos place was like a little part of heaven on Earth. You get the most beautiful designed and refurbished house over looking the valley. A Spicegarden with all the sources you could imagine for your food, silence, and such a good taste in how the couple have made the whole place. There are walks to take and a small beautiful “village” with houses and an old Church nearby. And we could even charge our Electric car at Paolos place whole we slept. I cannot recommen enough

This beautiful spot on the mountain is the kind of place that heals your soul. We loved being there so much that we canceled several of the things we had planned to do in the surrounding area and stayed in, choosing to enjoy the view and some hiking instead. Simone and Simona have created a paradise. They are so helpful, accommodating, and are authentically good humans. We can’t wait to go back! And, we already miss the dogs, too!

Friendly welcome by Daniele's father. Beautiful modern upstairs apartment, very clean and everything was available from towels to kitchen items. We were able to park a rental car behind a closed gate. From the house we have seen a lot of beautiful Umbria. Highly recommend Assisi, Spello and Perugia and also towards the Trasimeno lake. Highly recommended to visit this area. There are plenty of supermarkets in Corciano itself. Daniele and family thank you very much we have enjoyed the welcome and apartment.

Ale’s place is amazing and he is a fantastic host. On our arrival he greeted us at the mini metro stop and walked us to the apartment. It was a great introduction to beautiful Perugia. Everything in the apartment was spotless. Very special location and in walking distance to great restaurants and places of interest. We highly recommend Ale’s apartment in Perugia!

Francesco opens the doors of his house, literally, his house is a magical place that takes you back in time, at the same time equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this accommodation, Francesco is a very polite and friendly person, always available to give advice on the area, which is simply magical. thank you!!!

The photos and description don’t do justice to how stunning is the house. It’s set in a valley with hills surrounding you in all directions. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place I don’t think you will do better than this. The house has everything you could imagine and need but to top it all it’s decorated in such a luxurious style that you feel you are being pampered. We stayed here for just over a week with 2 kids aged 11 and 7. We know the area well so we’re very comfortable in our surroundings and were able to manage ourselves with the amenities from the local towns including Mantignana and Magione. There are plenty of towns you can visit and restaurants to pick from. You are only 25/30 mins from Lago Trasimeno which is wonderful with all little towns along its side including San Feliciano etc. The house comes fully equipped and has a lovely outdoor pool. The gardens are immaculately manicured with lots of options for outdoor seating and dinning

We were happily guests of Alex's property. Located a little outside the center, it allowed us to discover the city and the surroundings easily. Great recommendations about the host's restaurants.
