Newly renovated cozy house with light and modern decor, close to the Ørestad metro , that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. Walking distance to the Big shoppingcenter Fields, Bella Center and Royal Arena. From the hallway you step into a bright modern livingroom , bathroom, and kitchen, from there you can go out to a nice big terrace. There are two bathrooms , one in each floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has double bed - the other has 3 singlebeds. There is also possibility of sleeping downstairs in the livingroom.

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig med masser af plads til sjov og ballade. Lovely Boathouse 15-20 min bike ride from central Copenhagen. The house is located on the seafront in Copenhagen S, with a lovely terrace on the sea. It’s really easy to bike around and there’s good public transportation. Lovely light space, located in quite an area. Expect a rustic and cosy home, not a hotel. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. My son max runs the Airbnb for me.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Der er gratis parkeringsmuligheder foran huset. Det tager under 15 min. at gå til Hvidovre station også 30 min. til centrum af København med toget . Der er altid økologisk kaffe i huset

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

The "stable house" has undergone a major transformation with the love of the history of the house in mind. You will find old beams on the first floor and giant windows in the kitchen and lounge/study from when the house was used as stables. This calm retreat is located right by the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen. Østerbro is a great area on the border of Nørrebro and the inner city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sights.

A living area features a bright pink wall adorned with colorful artwork. A comfortable red sofa with striped cushions is complemented by a rustic wooden table. A green door leads to another room, and a cat is relaxed on the sofa, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. Dette er et af de smukkeste og mest attraktive områder i København. Et nabolag med fine byhuse på en stille villa vej og kun med trafik fra beboerne i området. Fra huset kan du komme til lufthavnen, byens centrum eller stranden på kun 15 minutter. Huset er fra 1902 og totalrenoveret i 2020. Boligen 140 m2, 3 soveværelser, 2 toiletter - et brusebad. Køkken med alle faciliteter. Skøn have med terrasse, havemøbler og grill.
