There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance + Waterfront shopping center with many different shops, it is a 3-minute walk from the sailboat. There is evening sun on the boat and the most beautiful view of the Øresund. There is access to a barbecue with tables and benches, toilet & bath at the harbor and the possibility to wash clothes.

The guest cabin is located in the front with a shared bathroom and shower. The boat has fresh waterin the taps and is heated and isolated. The walls between cabins is sound isolated better in jan. 2025. The front deck has coffee table and chairs for guests with a view of the canal towards Our Saviours Church.

The boat's rear deck showcases a spacious area with wooden flooring. Two lounge areas with cushions face outward, providing views of the water. Flag poles stand on either side, and the boat's helm is positioned at the center. The background features calm waters and city buildings.
