Monthly Rentals in Cooks Falls

Our stay with Debra and Mike was absolutely delightful. The property is beautiful and serene, with multiple accomodations to choose from. They had a camp fire going for us before we even arrived so when we got there we already felt at home, and the hut we stayed in was so cozy. They are very responsive and accommodating hosts, 5 stars all around will definitely be coming back!

Judy was a great host. her place is comfortable, quiet and peaceful. we are a group of fly fisherman, her place was centrally located to every spot we wanted to fish. Great amenities, there were 3 if us so we took advantage of each having ournown bathroom as there are 3 bathrooms. The sounds of nature and the nearby brook running wad a nightly lullaby for us. It was a very relaxing week for us.

We had such an incredible stay at The Greenhouse. Meredith is an incredible host with great communication. The house was easy to find and access with Meredith’s detailed instructions. It is very cute and clean. The yard is an awesome added bonus as it provides plenty of space for little kids to run around and play as well as plenty of space for Dogs. It was quite hot out when we visited and the AC unit in the house keep it a very comfortable temperature without any issues. You have the convenience of being close to downtown Roscoe, the Beaverkill River, and other fun activities like Buck Brook Alpaca Farm. While also having privacy and seclusion. We had such a great time and will absolutely be staying with at The Greenhouse on any and all future Roscoe trips!
