House vacation rentals in Cook's Bay

I rented the villa for a group of 16 ladies for a golf getaway. The owners are excellent to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had during and before our stay. The villa was spacious and well equipped with dishes ect to accommodate a large group. Beds comfortable. Unfortunately due to the weather the pool was not opened but some enjoyed the hot tub. Grounds looked like the would be very nice but again due to weather grounds we’re not manicured and grass has not been cut. Would definitely book again and hopefully next time enjoy the outdoor area. Thks for having us

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

Myself and my friends had a pleasant staycation at Xin’s house in May. I had given a heads up that there will be a 4 months baby with us and they made sure the entire space is clean making it most comfortable especially for the baby. The host was super responsive from the time I booked and replied to my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot not very far from city yet appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

First cottage trip with friends this summer. Stayed 3 nights and had a blast. Clint was responsive and gave us great recommendations for activities/food around the area. We were able to have a great time cooking meals with the already provided cookware, utensils, bonfire (s’mores) etc. Utilized the big TV for movies, Nintendo Switch games, and music. If you’re interested in a clean mix between cottage vibes and homey this is the right place to pick. Would come back again. Aside from staying in we visited Friday Harbour: okay boardwalk (not much to do but to walk around), trail was nice.

Would 100% recommend this cozy cottage and we are already keen to return next year! Shannon was very responsive and addressed our questions clearly and in a friendly manner. The cottage was beyond our expectations with respect to cleanliness and tidiness! We also enjoyed the use of the fire bowl and two single kayaks around the beautiful lake.

Absolutely stunning place, 8min drive from Bradford Go if you wanted to go downtown Toronto. Great location with Tim Hortons, goodlife, Walmart, canadian and many restaurants. They are all walkable distance. Karla and Danilo's instructions are very clear to follow and didn't leave me with any confusions. I appreciate the stay 🙏

Brigitte's place was amazing! Very beautiful property, very spacious and inviting! Very clean and she has everything labeled which is very helpful! Has everything you could think of and more. We traveled with a group of 4 grown men for a golf trip and it was more than enough space for everyone! Having 2 full bathrooms is a must and the en-suite attached to the master has a beautiful soaker tub. Very beautiful deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture and the front yard has a nicely landscaped firepit which we didn't use this time but will next time as we will definitely be back! Great place for families and it is even pet friendly! Brigitte is an amazing host, very attentive and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Nicest Air BnB I've ever personally stayed at! Solid 9/10

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

we had a concert at Casino Rama and this was a great place to spend the night. it was very quiet, peaceful and close to the casino.

We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to friends. It was very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Annick was very responsive when we had questions and gave very accurate information and descriptions of the rental. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great spot to rent...Beautiful space. Host were very friendly and had prompt communication. Perfect type of place to get away. Would have been better if the weather was nicer. I expect we will rent here again in the future.

Theodoti was a great host and we very much enjoyed our stay! She was always quick to respond, and checked in on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was squeaky clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to Tim Horton, Starbucks, and grocery store, and in a nice quiet residential area. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the house was incredibly spacious both inside and in the backyard. The kitchen was especially impressive - fully equipped with everything we needed, from pans to plenty of plates and utensils. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the amenities provided made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend! :)

We have been to a lot of different airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of our favorites. Alison was very easy to deal with and communicate with. This house is in a great location and just about a hundred meters to Lake simcoe. The house is small but very functional for our family of two adults and two children. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and they even lent my children golf clubs and fishing rods to go fishing. You can tell this is not a property just for Airbnb, as it felt like a home that someone lives in. It was cosy and verything was spotless . We were hoping to stay another month but it was already booked. We will be back again.
