The little house was perfect and came with everything you needed to an extended stay even though I was only there for an evening. Very clean, loved the little patio and not far from downtown Gainesville. Trey was very responsive and an excellent host!

Location is very convenient if you plan to go to Winstar! We had a concert and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg at the Winstar hotel. The house is literally on the other side of the freeway. Cozy home and very clean. Beds were comfy. Would recommend for a weekend versus staying at Winstar.

LOVE this cozy house!! Kerri’s place is very clean, spacious but cozy, and tastefully decorated. Even though situated on a road with cars that drive fast, there are not many cars, and the surrounding fields and farms are beautiful. It’s peaceful and quiet! Very thankful for the box/pedestal fans available in 2 bedrooms and an extension cord at the ready in each bedroom. Also, there is a full length mirror in the front bedroom and a lot of Airbnb’s lack this amenity. A very nice, welcoming touch is the plate of delicious homemade cookies on the counter upon arrival. Kerri is also super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have stayed here twice and will again if we travel to the area. HIGHLY recommend!!!

We stayed for a week while in the area for business. It was perfect for the two of us. The place was nice and clean, had washer and dryer and all the home essentials. The only thing I would have changed was a slightly larger refrigerator, as it’s pretty small if you’re cooking all your meals. Wi-Fi was a little spotty here and there, but other than that it was perfect. We will stay again if we’re in the area and it’s available. Lance was quick to get back to me with any questions I had also.
