Beautifully remodeled small cottage in central Gainesville, TX. Non connected house with central hvac, washer/dryer, free wifi, big screen television and outside private deck/porch for lounging. The finishings and design of the house are beautiful. The house is located behind the main house at 1400 Jean Street, but has its own private off street parking. Absolutely NO...NO...smoking and vaping in the house.

The house is located only a few miles from Winstar Casino. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a tub and shower, internet, a living room with a flat screen TV and a PS3 for games, movies, and music, and a kitchen. Pets are welcome. There is a fenced yard with a porch and grill. There is a nice view of hills above the Red river and though the house is near the casino, it is quiet and peaceful.

This contemporary cottage home on 14 acres of wildlife designated land. Fenced in yard and mowed walking trails throughout. From the back porch you have a view of the pond and wildlife who visit. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, One bathroom with bathtub and shower. 1 additional bedroom suite behind garage with queen bed, shower, sink and toilet.
