Totally exceeded our expectations! Janine is very, very helpful and quick to respond. The views are stunning. The place is better than the photos. It is so spacious and well equipped. Plus there is lots to do. We had two toddlers with us and they were never bored. Highly, highly recommend a stay here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous and cosy with beautiful view of the lake

Coedfa Hall and the small adjoining house exceeded expectations - it is the most beautiful old house, full of character and charm with more than a dollop of old-world glamour and grandure....everything felt so special and yet we felt right at home. Our host had clearly thought so carefully about meeting guests' needs, with everything you need for a big family get together - well-equipped kitchen, amazing dining room, roaring fires, comfy sofas and a beautiful garden with multiple scenic sitting spots. Such a fantastic place, and amazing walks direct from the house! We will be back for another multi-generational gathering very soon!

We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

Such a lovely cosy place. Very clean. Perfect size for two of you very spacious. Had a very good experience. Close drive to many activities. Host was very helpful and had good communication. Everyone around is very friendly too!

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Exactly as described. Would throughly recommend.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

we had the wonderful stay at Paul place. the house is spacious enough for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. the house is clean and have all the basis equipments for our daily needs. the location of house is also good as it is near to conwy castle and morfa Beach. Paul and Alison is easily accessible via message and we can easily communicate with them in case of any doubts or requirements I would highly recommend this place.

Great house and location. Perfect for getting to shops, pubs and restaurants. On the water front in 2 minutes. Courtney helped with a Kate check out did plenty of info.

Absolutely loved our time at the cottage. It was immaculate and had all things we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and views are stunning! It was lovely to sit out with a cuppa at night and watch the sun set over the hills. It is only a 25 min walk to the promenade or a quick 5 min drive. There is a coop and restaurant nearby too. Can't wait to return. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay here! Very clear instructions and simple check in and out. Outdoor decking space was amazing as we had fab weather for our stay and the bedroom sea view was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Cottage. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Duncan was a very responsive host and communication was great. He provided us with plenty of information about nearby attractions, restaurants etc. The house is in a great location- just a short walk into Conwy and close by to other locations. Parking was not a problem for us as there was always a space outside the house during our stay. We would highly recommend!!

A beautiful, cozy cottage in a stunning location. Stayed here with my husband, our 12 year old and our dog and we fit into the cottage comfortably. It is very well equipped with all you need to cook but there are also great dog friendly cafes and restaurants in town. Very clean and tidy with friendly hosts. Lovely to wake up to views of the harbour and castle and would definitely stay again.

Lovely couple of days stay. Remote location with very steep road to access but beautiful views. Gwenan was very responsive to our questions and the house was very clean and comfortable. Some extra blankets would have been nice for sitting outside with in the evening as it doesn’t get evening sun.

Set away from the crowds the cottage was an idyllic spot to take in the ambience of the beautiful mountainous countryside. The cottage was very spacious with lovely touches such as cake, flowers & fresh milk in the fridge. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the entire property was very homely and inviting. Although the weather prevented us from eating breakfast outside the views from the dining room table were equally as stunning. It also had a stocked games cupboard, which led to an intense Tiddlywinks battle. We were only here for one night, but we would not hesitate a return stay. Once we had returned home we received a message from the host informing us that we had left a coat behind. Graciously they helped return it, which we really appreciated.

Walking distance for our ride on the Blaenau Ffestiniog railway. A visit to Port Mereirion and Swallow Falls at Betws-y-Coed. Thank you Emma a comfortable cottage after a hard day sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful and spacious and plenty of room for our family. The views of the sea were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the conservatory. Lee was a fantastic host, very responsive and went above and beyond, providing us with home made cake on arrival. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend visiting this property!

Wow what an incredible stay. 6 of us spent 3 nights here for my mother in laws 70th family get together. We wanted a place in Anglesey with three bathrooms and in nature. This ticked all the boxes, but what really stood out for us was the property had everything we could have needed to feel at home right away. The view through the living room windows is phenomenal. We barely had the TV on because we were looking outside. The nearby walks in nature are amazing and the pit stop in the Crown pub and jaspels cider place all within walking distance was an added bonus. Plus being so close to Rhosneigr was great. We didn’t have a great deal of sun when we were there so we weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor space fully. But when we did, it felt so peaceful. We hope to return here again, thank you!

We've had a wonderful stay in Downtown Cottage. The cottage is located in the centre of Conwy so perfect for walking about the town. Despite it being so central it is quiet. The cottage is well equipped and was very clean. Karen was an excellent and attentive host. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a great location. Perfect for our family gathering. We were very lucky with the weather so thoroughly enjoyed the outside space and of course the amazing hot tub. For any bird watchers bring your binoculars and look out for the red kites!
