lovely caravan. 1st time we've stayed in one with my disabled daughter. has enough space with the amount of kit we need to take. was lovely and clean and well presented. close to all amenities and not far from the beach. would recommend and deffo stay again

I have been to many rentals and trips before, This place was by far the best of the lot. I'm not sure where to start from. The Large spacious house with loads of sitting rooms made everyone feel so comfortable. The Magnificent view literally from every window is something out of this world. The Massive garden was amazing. To top it all off was the private pool where the children and adults alike loved every minute. The House has loads of outdoor furniture, one could sense that the owners put their heart and soul into it. The house is at the end of a small road, so it has all the advantages, it's not in the middle of nowhere when things can feel a little eerie, but with the large front garden and massive backyard you feel all alone on this planet. The hosts were very responsive and assisted with all we needed. We didn't have to go out on trips, as we all wanted to stay in the house as long as possible. Leaving this house was extremely difficult as all we wanted was to stay much longer

We booked Marks place last minute as we had booked a campsite in Barmouth, but the weather was horrendous and our tent was leaking before we had even managed to get it up. We raced to find accommodation, which was difficult during the start of the school holidays, but thankfully we found Marks place and although it was an hour and half away from Barmouth we didnt want to dissapoint the children. Mark was responsive to our urgent plee for help and let us stay. He visited the lodge and ensured it was pristine before our arrival and access was easy with a key box. Its a private section on the winkups site and was very clean with a lovely large deck around the lodge and a nice garden with ample seating. Inside the lodge was immaculate with high spec appliances and comfortable furnishings. Nothing like I had expected, this was 5* and huge. We used the onsite swimming pool and the children enjoyed the theme park, and arcade. The beach is a stones throw away. A great place to stay. Thankyou.

Our second stay here and we were not disappointed. Great house, great host and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to explore North Wales. It was interesting to learn all about the Mulberry Harbours too.

Simply beautiful, clean and lovely house. Also Eira was helpful and a great down to earth host. House has everything and also is at great locality. Llandudno pier is just 5mins drive. Plus lidl is just 2-3 walks and Morrison is 4mins drive from this place. Henceforth this will be my default place to stay at North Wales and also would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to explore north wales and need a beautiful peaceful place to stay with no negative points :) Thanks again Eira. Jordan’s property was everything we expected, my partner was glued to the revolving chair by the big window. The views from every aspect were excellent. Everything was well provided for our stay. The rooms were large and airy and the situation was great, perfect for walking along the estuary to Conway or Llandudno. We look forward to staying again if in the area.

Our best Airbnb ever! This property is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay to explore North Wales! The hosts were warm and friendly and always on hand to help and make sure we felt looked after. The property is well equipped and perfectly private. We stayed for a week over half term with our 12 YO boys. We loved the games room, hot tub, visiting Bill and Monte (the horses) armed with their favourite pepper mints, watching the incredible peacocks (watching us, they are very inquisitive). A great base for adrenaline fuelled fun at Zip World, hiking up Tryfan and visiting other local attractions. Thank you Peter and Jan for being such great hosts!

Beautiful surroundings, lovely site and cottage was very clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. Hot tub was brilliant and very clean. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

We stayed at Gary's place as we were going to Zipworld, so it was centrally located. The cottage was really cosy. We loved that we could take our dog, the board games provided and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. çommunication was excellent and there was a lovely welcome message on arrival. thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at colin's place and would be very happy to come back !!! kids enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we had all we need. kids enjoyed all the furry little sheep round the house :) couch area was nice and comfy and space for everyone to relax on it. colin was very friendly and flexible with checking in and out. very happy to recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a break.

Helen’s place is surrounded by a beautiful garden and landscape. It was very peaceful, there are wonderful walks to do straight from the cottage. Helen was super friendly and extremely helpful.

A very comfortable and clean house - we felt relaxed as soon as we entered. Good kitchen appliances, nice dining room and lounge, comfortable beds.

We had a great stay at Sarah’s house. There were 8 of us in total so made good use of the 2 flats. Brilliant location in the centre of town and walking distance of all the local attractions, shops and restaurants.

Booked Pheasants Retreat for our first couples holiday and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage is absolutely perfect with lovely homely decor. We especially loved the hot tub and the warm welcome from pete. It was the perfect relaxing holiday to escape from our daily lives. Absolutely amazing! The space was incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds and a super cozy sofa—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, making the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Hattie was wonderful—very responsive and always available to help whenever we had a question. It’s spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. One of the standout highlights was the fully loaded kitchen—honestly a dream for anyone who loves to cook. It had everything you’d need to prepare a full three-course meal for a large group or family of 8–10 people. It was a huge bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and homely experience. I truly felt at home and left with wonderful memories. I can’t recommend Ela’s place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!
