The River Hill (Bryn Afon) Cottage

NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second stay at Bryn Afon! The cottage is super cosy and just the loveliest place to spend a few days with the family. We love the fact you can get straight out into the hills without needing to drive. The walk up to the old slate mine with the ruins of the old miners buildings is fascinating and beautiful. As is the walk up to the dam. And the coffee shop en route does a great breakfast to fuel you up before a long walk. The cottage itself has everything you need, including some essentials in the kitchen which is always super helpful. The local area is great for exploring.

Gorgeous large holiday home in heart of Snowdonia

NatalieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had the pleasure of staying at Harvey’s place at the weekend. We absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for us and our friends. The location is incredible. The house is beautiful with loads of interesting books/pictures. The kitchen is really well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious , bathrooms nice and clean. Harvey was a brilliant host, friendly and informative. Hoping to come back later in the year as 3 nights wasn’t long enough. Highly recommended

Rural Welsh Farmhouse

JennyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a brilliant stay here over New Year. We had 8 adults & a toddler and had plenty of space for all of us. The house was very warm and cozy, with a great kitchen/dining space and a utility room perfect for taking off muddy boots. The area was beautiful with lots of hiking, cycling and running right from the doorstep with Llyn Brenig in very easy access. The host was very helpful with plenty of information beforehand and responsive when we had problems with a sticky door. Would happily return here.

Dolmurgoch Cottage in Snowdonia

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We found the cottage with ease and were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts that the owners had left, thank you! It was very warm, comfortable and quiet...the perfect break for myself, wife and teenage son. We thoroughly enjoyed the walks in the surrounding area and beautiful Mount Snowdon. The nearby train station was very handy to visit Betws-y-coed and we can recommend the underground golf at zipworld along with the Welsh Mountain Zoo. The cottage was great value for money, we stayed for 5 nights but could have definitely stayed another week! we all returned home feeling far more relaxed and recharged...we will definitely book again and want to thank the hosts for letting us stay in their beautiful holiday home. Xx

Rowen, Conwy. Cottage by the River

AdamRating, 5 stars4 days ago
When we arrived everything was as described we actually met Jackie and she was lovely and accommodating she even gave us wood for the fire pit outside, we even used the natural mountain fed plunge pool at the bottom of the cottage (bloody freezing but worth it) The cottage is wonderful it has everything you need for a nice quiet relaxing weekend, lovely little pub a few 100m away with home made meals and local beers, we went hiking for the 3 days we stayed and there are plenty of walks to do while there. Shops are only a 15 min drive away too if you needed to stock up. We will definitely be coming back to this lovely cottage! Thanks for a wonderful stay Jackie ☺️

Snowdonia: Charming Converted Chapel

PratikRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This place is a gem! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and it's clear that the hosts have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the design of the house and the amenities provided. It was also immaculately clean. The location is very convenient, being fairly close to the town of Betws-y-coed. I highly recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Wales.

Superb apartment on harbour with sea views

KrissyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
You couldn’t want a more perfect location than Grady’s it’s literally at the start of the high street with the harbour a 1 minute walk . Grady’s place had everything you’d need for a home from home stay .. we found it spotlessly clean and fresh . Grady was a great host very responsive.. we will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Snowdon Escape

JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely perfect for the Snowdon walk (or train), only a 5 minute walk through the village. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It’s the small things that count like fresh milk, coffee and tea waiting after a long drive. I will for sure be staying again next year.

A beautiful apartment in an old georgian building

AustenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place was so much better than expected, overall easy 5 star Flat. The bathroom was big, clean and upto date. I normally don't fit in showers, being 203cm, yet I fitted enough that I could wash adequately, yes sometimes reaching my feet and legs to wash was tougher but no impossible but that's more of me problem. The kitchen contained enough stuff for dinners, we done Chicken dinner, fry up and roast and didn't struggle for space nor equipment front room is good with lots of Space for 4 guests aswell as great view The bedrooms when warm stayed warm, all things were neat and clean and storage was OK for a few days of clothes The location itself is a 10 minute walk to the LLanberis path, there's restaurants and pubs round the bed and small tourist type shop too. Aswell as two shops for extra outdoor equipment. For limitations, we are clutching at straws. Pretty much ideal and then some for Snowdon or quiet Welsh break.

Cozy modern apartment right next to train station

AliRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Would definitely recommend this accommodation and Darren as a host! Darren kindly provided tea/coffee/milk and even bought us chocolate as a welcome gift! Darren also allowed for an early check in and was always fast to reply and provided very clear instructions on finding and getting into the accommodation. Has all the listed amenities and a really comfortable bed, a great location very close to the beach, would certainly recommend for a weekend away!

We’ve had a lovely few days at this cottage over the bank holiday weekend. The cottage is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very cleverly designed. The hot tub media room is fantastic with great views. Location was great for the Conwy coast, snowdon and zipworld activities. David was very helpful and responsive, very friendly. We would definitely look to stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you for a lovely break

Cosy Miner's Cottage in the Heart of Snowdonia

pLRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Great cosy cottage with everything you need. Very clean and very well furnished - the cooker and the coffee machine are particularly great! Friendly responsive host, nothing but positive things to say. Only small downside is the stone floors can get a little cold, but there are several heaters and a fireplace to remedy. Absolutely recommend!

Sycamore Cottage holiday home.

SusanRating, 5 stars10 months ago
What a wonderful place to stay, the views from the conservatory are spectacular and a great place to sit and watch the birds. It is very rural so a car is a must, the only places on site are the water gardens and the dutch pancake house. You are only 10 minutes from Conwy and close to major supermarkets. The property was immaculate, the key coded door is a good idea and saved having to worry about keys. The downstairs bedroom had a lovely ensuite shower room and one of the upstairs rooms had an ensuite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a very low doorway so really only suitable for children, although care would need to be taken on the quite steep stairs. The only access to the bathroom from this bedroom would be through the twin. Well stocked kitchen, the only items missing were tongs and a serving spoon (the only one is a slotted one) and the scissors were quite blunt. Mike very responsive when we reported a leak in the shower room. It was solved quickly.

Spacious gorgeous Welsh cottage in Snowdonia

LorraineRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The cottage was perfect for our family and dogs. We had everything we needed for a great stay and felt at home very quickly. The location is very quiet with stunning views and walks from the doorstep. Being April the village pubs, cafe and shops were not always fully open so it is good to plan if you are wanting to use. We made good use of the log burner in the evenings and garden and patio when the sun shone. Lovely stay
