Anastasia and Umberto's villa is a truly exceptionally beautiful project. The cottages that are rented are really in top condition. Quietly located, in a perfectly maintained garden. every tenant has their own place in the garden, but there is also possibility of social contact. The only thing I see as an improvement in the garden is the lighting. Currently, that's with cold white light, which takes away the coziness in the evening. I suspect this beautiful couple will make it work. If I had a little more time there I would love to design a new lighting plan. Maybe the next time! Thank you sweet people!

Castro is a great place to to go on vacation in October. It wasn't too hot, but warm enough to swim in the sea and soak up the sun. It is quiet this time of year. From the apartment you can walk to the harbor in 15 minutes, where there are nice cafes and you can swim in the turquoise sea. The swimming area directly below the apartment is also great, you go from the rocks into the sea. We often had a picnic there with the family. The apartment is simply and practically furnished, it was great! Merci Luisa!

Claudia & Giovanni were delightful, and very helpful hosts. The garden & pool area were beautiful and well looked after. The location was a great base to visit all the fabulous sites of Salento.

FANTASTIC!!!! We had a great couple of weeks at Villa Palmieri, hosted by Carlo and his lovely parents! The house is comfortable and beautiful, and the pool is a fantastic way to fight the heat. The villa has a massive garden, is quiet, and is close to a couple of well-stocked supermarkets (Conad in Aradeo, the closest one). Places like Galatina, Galatone and Lecce, and Lecce are all close and worth a visit. There are very good beaches 25 or 30 minutes away in the car. Carlo and his parents were amazing hosts — Carlo would check on us every now and then to see how we were doing and if we needed anything — and the dogs they have are lovely and well-behaved. Strongly recommend this place. We will be returning for sure! Thank you Carlo!
