Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Beautiful traditional Cornish cottage located within a very peaceful village but only 10mins drive from loads of beautiful beaches. Added benefit of a hot tub which unfortunately we didn’t get to use with a 2 year old in tow! Would highly recommend.

This was our third stay at Nancy's House. Here are some of the things that drew us back: snug but spacious house that feels loved and lived in, peacefully tucked into a farm where interesting things always seem to be happening, and just a few steps from exhilarating open spaces; lovely hosts. Oh, and the hot-tub is very nice!

A really homely cottage. Perfect for a few days getaway. Unfortunately it rained on our break so ended up stuck inside. It would have been nice to have sat outside more! Overall it has what it says on the tin. Don't go here if you are expecting all mod cons and a pristine home. It's just somewhere cosy to get away from it all, with friendly owners and lots of privacy.

A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

We stayed at Mellinzeath 28 years ago for a week of our honeymoon, and decided to revisit for our anniversary. What a transformation! The property has been restored beautifully and sympathetically, and now feels loved again. Everything - the materials used for the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and equipment - is of excellent quality, and there are many little touches which make it extra welcoming. Even Obi, our dog, had his own welcome pack and a warm shower outside. This is a very special property in a tranquil, secluded setting, with nothing but the birds for company. Wish it had been like this for our honeymoon.....

What a great find! The cottage was very well appointed, stylish and comfortable and I loved all the eco-products. It was in a fantastic location, Crantock is so pretty with an amazing pizza place, pub and beach all walkable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful cottage that has everything you might need, close to pubs and restaurants, in an absolutely breathtaking location

Jago's Loft is genuinely luxurious: spacious, with elegant decor which aptly fits its maritime setting. Beds and sofas are just so comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd never thought of to help you live easily and conveniently. There is a small sunny patio outside the French doors for outdoor living. Alison was readily helpful while rigorously leaving us our privacy. The cottage looks on to a small shared space with lovely garden borders and a long view through to the harbour and the lines of picturesque cottages across the estuary in Falmouth. The 2 mins walk to the out-of-this-world village shop just 2 mins walk away gave us opportunity to commune with the family of 6 small cygnets who frequent the harbour with their parents. We are not drivers, but trains go all the way into Falmouth and the local bus service is excellent for a rural community.

Maypall Cottage was a home from home. Beautifully decorated, everything you could wish for on our short holiday break. St Tudy is a lovely friendly village, local village community shop, brilliant pub and restaurant. Just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches at Rock and Daymer, great for dog walking. We loved it.

We had a fantastic 4 days stay in Golant. The views were incredible and the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate and we felt right at home. The hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and the large basket of toys and games for the children were great.

This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

This is now the second time we have stayed at Chapel Cottage which obviously speaks to how lovely the property is and what a convenient place it is to stay. The cottage is spotless, cosy and comfortable and is the perfect little hideaway for long weekends in Padstow. We just pray it is still listed in another two years when we plan to return again!

This place is OUTSTANDING.. Home from home, beautifully furnished, pretty enclosed garden, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen & really close (7/8 minutes) to the most beautiful beaches. I literally could not recommend this property more. Thank you Darren, we will definitely be booking again.

What a great find! Gorgeous cottage in a great setting and perfect location to explore Cornwall. Lovely and clean with tasteful modern decor throughout. We had all the amenities we needed for a young family of 4. Really comfortable and relaxing living space to go back to after a day exploring/at the beach. If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.
