Campsite vacation rentals in Connecticut River

It is an older trailer but it works. we so enjoyed our time. It was peaceful and allowed us to really relax. We talked to Natasha several times and talked with her before we left. She is so nice. We will come again. Must take quick showers, fyi. We walked down to the lake and fished for a while. Got beautiful pictures, so breath taking.

Beautiful sunset views. The kitchen, sauna and common space are very thoughtfully equipped and maintained. We came back for a second stay and would be back again. Kyle is a lovely host, so nice and helpful!

We can’t recommend a stay at Laura’s property more highly! She has created a magical oasis at Gatherwild. The property and its surroundings are stunning, and offer plenty to do and see without ever leaving (beautiful walking trails, friendly farm animals, vegetable gardens, games and crafts)— our kids were in heaven. The location is also ideal, close to lots of great food, culture, and nature. Sleeping quarters were clean and comfy, and the communal kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. It made for a seamless glamping experience with our kids. Laura was a wonderful host and we hope to come back soon!

Fabulous camper and spectacular grounds. Brian was an outstanding host. We were arriving very late at night, he was understanding and greeted us upon arrival after midnight. The camper was in great shape comfortable and he provided everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend, including, bedding, firewood and even a campfire song with his guitar which entertained us and the kids. The gardens and flowers were beautiful, we enjoyed the outdoor shower and the grapes right off the vine. Highly recommend staying here, can't wait to return soon!

My family and I had a lovely time at the farm. Both kids played a lot. The dogs enjoyed as well. We took advantage of the designated off leash area where the dogs could zoomie leash free. My 3 yr old toddler played for hours by the lake. We had a wonderful time. Joshua was very hospitable and attentive.

Had a cozy stay in this charming tipi. It was cold and very windy outside in late autumn, but the fire inside kept me warm as I caught up on some reading. The view at the site was spectacular and the surrounding trails are quite pretty as well.

Great find! The camper was perfect and had anything you could need inside and out. Perfect to enjoy the outdoors and relax by the fire. Will definitely come again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airstream matched the photos and listing perfectly and is tucked in a quiet, wooded location. We were able to walk to the restaurants, small shops and the train station. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving the nostalgia of 80s camping.

We absolutely adored EVERYTHING about Jennifer's place. The space was impeccably clean, the entire place had everything you could possibly need, and the pictures don't even fully do the space justice. Our 8 and 9 year old are dreaming about owning a camper and announced that they never wanted to leave. Thanks Jennifer!

Can’t thank you enough for a lovely stay! It was so wonderful to be on a farm, so peaceful and quiet. We loved the horses roaming around, the tranquil atmosphere and extremely comfy bed. The RV had everything we needed and more. Lisa and Scott were amazing, wonderful and friendly.. They were there to greet us and also gave us some beautiful chicken eggs to go back to Connecticut with.!! Next time, we’ll stay longer! Thank you so much!!! See you next year

Great little get away! The camper is extremely well kept and felt spacious. The outside is inviting with a porch, Adirondack chairs, fire pit (they provide fire wood!), and string lights.

Very nice place very peaceful and has everything you need also a nice area would definitely recommend

Emily is a great host and her airstream is super cozy! Every single detail is looked after, and there were really nice touches throughout. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

Had a very comfy week at Joan's RV. She went above and beyond helping us feel welcomed, with fresh flowers, snacks, (even dog treats!), and a fresh, spotless place to stay. The dogs especially appreciated having a fenced yard. We were just a few minutes away from beaches and the Chatham fish market/pier, about 30 min from the national seashore, and an hour from downtown Provincetown. The neighborhood was beautiful for taking the dogs for walks. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

We only stayed one night for a quick trip in the area, but the caboose was super cute and clean as advertised. The grounds were well maintained and the fire pit was really nice - wood provided! There is ample seating outside - whether on the cute porch or in yard with picnic table. The area was private with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The host provided easy instructions for access and was very responsive throughout. The location is really close to the train and highway so you will hear some of that at night, but with white noise it’s not too disruptive. Just an FYI. Overall fun place! Would recommend. Also, Parkside Drive In has great ice cream and we really enjoyed breakfast at Bridge St. Diner.

Where to start? This place is incredible! We loved everything about it, even though we didn't even try the kayaks. Hopefully, we'll try them next time! It has everything you need, and getting there and the directions were super easy. Everything is clean, and they have a book with everything you might need if you have any questions. We cook a lot, but you have to bring everything. They give you all the dishes and pots, plus their grill, which we loved. But you'll have to pack all the spices and basic essentials! The beds were comfortable, under the small-space concept. Our daughter really enjoyed the movie projector and the hammock. I especially loved the outdoor shower! It's very pet-friendly; our dog had a blast, but there are a lot of ticks. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for creating such a magical place, Jeff and Luci! Don't forget to visit the refuge it was a plus. ❤️

Kelly’s place was perfect! My husband and I had the time of our lives, during our ‘nature’ getaway trip. The place is perfect for anyone who wants a break and emerge themselves in nature. The place was very thought out and had everything we needed. Truly an amazing experience!

Shelby’s camper was so cute! My friend and I absolutely loved staying in the camper. It was in a private peaceful beautiful location. So grounding! Shelby’s communication was great. I highly recommend staying at Shelby’s adorable place.

Such a great spot. We wish we could have stayed longer. She's got everything taken care of, from the lights on the path and around the tents, to the extra blankets, the activity tent, and the welcome note. She was very communicative and detailed everything we needed to know.

We loved our cozy fall stay at the Skoolie! Although the bus was pretty tiny, every inch of space was used effectively. We had no problems with the electricity or the hot water during our stay. The surroundings are extremely peaceful and gorgeous during peak foliage. Great if you want a nature getaway with a unique stay.

It's clearly important to Gavin that his guests have a comforting and peaceful stay at the cabin. It looks like he's put a lot of thought into setting the area up for visitors, including the covered outdoor cooking area that he built with a sink out there as well. The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable. nice work and thank you.

Really enjoyable stay! Pond was even larger than pictured. Saunas were easy to book each day. Bathrooms were very lux & well maintained. And so many options for activities if you want to adventure out! But we also found staying at the site to be super relaxing. Everything was clean, well supplied & comfortable! Campground was easy to navigate as well. No complaints!
