Great place to crash at an affordable price!

Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

Scott was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. He greeted my partner and I on check in, showed us around the property, and gave us great local recommendations for food. The room was very spacious with a cozy fireplace and awesome jacuzzi tub. The decor was tasteful and homey. The hot tub and sauna were such a nice touch and we enjoyed relaxing in them! We also appreciated the library, the coffee/tea, and pastries that were out. Breakfast was also delicious. We plan to come back very soon!

We will definitely return. We love the bakery and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We have been in three different rooms they have all been great. Last time we had left something in the room they called us within 30 mins of checking out and I was able to go back and get it. Their prices are clear and extremely reasonable for the accommodations and the location. Our daughter is a senior at Keene State College so it has been 4 years of knowing they are there when we need to stay. The rooms are always clean and neat. They are not over burdened with furniture. The rooms are up to date yet also match the area and home. They have a very quaint vibe. Parking is not an issue as they have plenty of it out back. Even when our daughter graduates in May we sill still go back to see her friends next year and the Burrell house will definitely be an option for us. The only thing I would say is the WIFI could use a boost. I was able to use it but only on one side of the room. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

Robert's place was great for our weekend getaway from the city. We were looking for a cosy place to stay when exploring Catskills and the place was just right. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated; all the little details that the host has put into welcoming their guests were lovely. Another big plus were fruits, yoghurt and delicious cakes. Good location to get to Woodstock, not too far to get to the small towns for restaurants.

Super cute and cozy spot near Porter and Harvard Squares. Nice common area, too. We had a very smooth stay here and loved the unique touches in the room -- you really feel like you're at an inn, not a hotel.

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at the BBI and will certainly be back. Beautiful property with quiet and cozy rooms. Conveniently located to Burlington and many outdoor recreation areas. Mike was a wonderful host, very responsive and even treating his guests to delicious homemade baked goods. We enjoyed visiting with the goats and chickens, too!

We had a great stay, lots of space to store skis and snowshoes. Warm and cozy!
