This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy clean, and comfortable. Enjoy your stay on the shore of Lake Erie. Close walking distance for fishing, kayaking, or beach going. We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Quaint North East Cottage Near the Water

North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Harbor House

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. Beautiful view of the lake from 2 large enclosed sun porches to enjoy your morning coffee. Brand new queen size bed in the loft.
