The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. The flat is a contemporary mezzanine with loads of light, 2 beds (downstairs pull out is quite small, okay for 1 adult or 2 under 12's), kitchen and shower room and we're happy to chat and tell you about the best places to eat, drink, cycle and hike.

The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km).
