The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and exposed stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short cul-de-sac laneway with lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows , sheep and playful lambs in the Spring. ! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms.
