Excellent place. Everything is in perfect condition and working. Maderlyn is a very good host, with exact directions, kindness and understanding. The view is undoubtedly the best. You can be in the living room, terrace or bedroom and enjoy the view. Totally recommended place.

Spacious, well-equipped accommodation, special mention to the textiles of the super cute and good quality sheet sets, the mattresses are also very comfortable. The views from the terrace are fabulous and the laundry center is very useful for stays of several days. The accommodation is on the 4th floor and the views are great towards the island square and lake. Access by elevator and stairs seems to be very exposed or with simple railings and I think it may cause concern if you are traveling with small children or if it starts raining heavily. The pool of the Private, very nice and the location is unbeatable. It has everything you need for a fabulous stay, compared to other accommodations in its location, it is a good size with spacious areas. We'll be back for sure. Great hosts.

Everything was perfect during our stay at the accommodation. Everything was very clean and Susan responded to our requests in a timely manner.

We had a great stay at Brett’s place in Chelem. The interior is immaculate and very comfortable and it has a lovely position with a private shared garden leading up to the sea, complete with pool. The seats at the end of the garden were the perfect place to watch the spectacular sunsets! A nice weekend getaway from the city!

I had a wonderful stay at Rosana’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Merida, and I’d be happy to stay here again!

Eugenio's house is very spacious. The pool is very good for cooling off from the heat of Mérida and is private. It is well located about 10 minutes by car to downtown Merida. It has a washing machine, which is a plus because there aren't many houses that have one.

the house is very nice and cozy. everything very clean . and not far from Mérida maybe about 25 min. the house charms me a lot and if I go to Mérida I would definitely choose that house.

The place is just as described, access is very simple. Clean and cozy place. I would definitely stay again. Just as a suggestion, I wish you could install an air conditioner in the dining room. As for everything else, I was very satisfied.

The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures and description. The cleanliness of the place, as well as the directions were very accurate, and we were able to communicate easily with the hosts. A very nice place with nearby roads that allowed us to reach different places quickly.

Excellent house, in a very quiet and private area. As described on the platform, the house is in excellent condition and with the amenities being reported. I would definitely book it again and highly recommend it.

Everything was great in the house, comfortable, fresh, the pool was delicious, we only had a little problem with the waterfall but it was solved with the help of Lidia, but everything was excellent, if you plan to bake or use the oven you should bring or buy your trays since they don't have ovenware

It's a pleasure to see that Merida offers places like this in the north, so close to Lavin Avenue, within the ring road.

It was a week-long stay, everything was very comfortable and accessible, it has everything you need, very good service from Carelly always attentive to all messages and calls. The use of the washing machine is greatly appreciated.
