Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.
