There is no elevator. 24 Hours customer service, no matter what time you arrive to give you keys. No matter what time you arrive, you can always drop off your luggage in the lobby. There is no cleaning for stays of at least 6 days; if you require cleaning you have to pay $350.00 pesos for each required cleaning and it is requested at the front desk.
