Beachfront vacation rentals in Conchas Chinas Beach

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Die Unterkunft von Mar hat eine wunderschöne Ausssicht auf den Pazifik, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wenn ich in die Gegend zurückkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Mar buchen. Man sollte wissen, dass der direkt an die Unterkunft angeschlossene Strand zwar schön privat ist, aber viele Felsen im Wasser hat. Dafür ist ganz in der Nähe der Strand Careyeros, der auch nicht überfüllt ist, kompletter Sandstrand ist und ganz gute Beachclubs hat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub.

This place is absolutely beautiful: gorgeous views of the ocean, killer sunsets, bougainvillea everywhere...The house is quite isolated which makes it very private and peaceful, although there is a lot of construction happening nearby so there will surely be more neighbors in the future. Not a lot to do right nearby. Would definitely recommend having a car so you can go into Sayulita, San Pancho, and Punta Mita. The staff (cook, housecleaners, manager/caretaker) were wonderful: friendly, accommodating, very helpful. We enjoyed interacting with everyone and they were patient with our Spanish. :)

Yelapa is so worth the trip! As a solo traveler I found everyone so nice and helpful and it was safe! This Airbnb is the perfect location with amazing views at the top of the hill and right in the middle of the town. I stayed in the one bedroom which was the perfect size. I loved the terrace/patio, although not enclosed, no one else used it because they all seemed to have their own. I seriously have no complaints, there’s a rooftop with an honor bar which is convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere to drink. They also have VERY thorough instructions on getting to Yelapa, restaurant recommendations and the office/excursion kiosk is right in front and if no one is there , a grounds keeper was always nearby. My advice to anyone going is to make sure you have walkable shoes, the roads are uneven in places and I never wore my sandals, I was either barefoot or in my running shoes.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Great place with awesome views and amenities. Luis was available at all times to help out. The place was clean and comfortable and had all the listed amenities in working condition.

I can't say enough good about this place, or the hosts. Cherry and Nicholas each came by to say hello and introduce themselves in person, something I have never experienced prior with an Air BnB rental. They were so easy to talk to and accommodating (we inadvertently misplaced the house key after a beach day and they promptly provided back-ups to us, and also allowed us to keep our luggage on site until we left for the airport to prevent us having to lug it around town). Clean beach towels provided, delicious coffee, and plentiful paper products (TP and paper towels) stocked inside. Cherry even stopped by to provide homemade shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! We really appreciated the write up of local recommendations, as well, as we had many options nearby. La Casita for breakfast was outstanding! Thank you so much, Cherry and Nicholas!

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

The location is perfect and the place is very nice.

Grand Venetian complex is very safe, clean and has lots to offer. The unit is basic, comfortable and meets one’s needs. The host and his team were very attentive. We totally recommend it.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Gorgeous and well-appointed condominium. Loved the view, the pools, hot tubs, beach. The kitchen was so large and spacious - the common area in the Home is large and accommodates a large group. Everything worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The pool areas are beautiful and the food at the bar was so good and reasonably priced. We loved that we could borrow boogie boards and paddle boards for no charge. It made it so that all the kids could enjoy surfing the waves at the same time whenever they wanted. We would definitely like to return and highly recommend this beautiful place. Our host was quick to respond and communicate and offer solutions if we needed anything. It was nice to be outside of the city of Puerto Vallarta- yes it's a fun little town with lots of shopping and many many restaurants.

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

High-end accommodations with spectacular ocean views. Super clean and wonderful front desk staff. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Proximity to one restaurant was convenient when not eating in town. 15 minute walk to Zona Romantica and walking back requires some stamina. The only downsides are if you are particular about sheets, be aware the ones used on both beds are 100% polyester. We heard significant party music two nights out of the week we stayed—not coming from the building, but from others visiting the area.

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

El lugar es inmejorable. Alberca climatizada, el departamento bonito y cómodo. Todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. Yessica muy atenta y respondía de inmediato a cualquier duda.

My wife and I visited PV with our 2 year old son and stayed here for 9 nights the first week of April. The place was perfect! Agustin was great, he answered our questions quickly and allowed us to have a crib / toddler related things delivered by a local company before our arrival, which was super helpful. The apartment is located about 10-15 minutes by car (which we rented due to having our son with us) to downtown and about 40 minutes from the airport. Taxis / buses always right outside if you don't have a car. The apartment was super clean and had everything we would need for our stay, has amazing views of the ocean from the top floor, the AC worked great in both bedrooms and the living room when we used it, and the appliances in the kitchen / washer-dryer are all new and better than what we have at home! The beach is perfect for short walks / swims, and was mostly empty during our stay. The pool was also a nice treat and was heated. We can't wait to return. Thank you Agustin!

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.

This was our second time staying in one of José’s condos in this building and just as the first time everything was exceptional! José is a wonderful host. He is extremely responsive and ready to help whenever anything arises. In our case we couldn’t get the main TV to connect to WiFi for our kids streaming. José got back to me right away that there had been an issue with the previous streaming device and he ordered a new one for us to arrive the next day, when we got back from the beach it had already been set up! The staff and the condo is great! Everyone is friendly and respectful. Daily cleaning service is an outstanding amenity for a condo and not only that having an onsite restaurant for breakfast and lunch is so convenient. We love spending our days down the road at Mismaloya beach. We love Gaviota’s! Canto palmares is great for dinner and Le Kliff was amazing! I had made an error with the booking and we needed to stay an extra day. José was so nice about it and so accommodating
