Monthly Rentals in Buenos Aires

A beautiful, comfortable and quiet apartment. The balcony is spacious, and access is easy. The V. Ortuzar neighborhood is quiet. Getting to the building is very easy from the city center, on subway line B, the Tronador station is only half a block away, and with the connections you will quickly reach different areas of Buenos Aires. To get to the Abasto shopping mall it's only 10 minutes and to the micro-center about 20 minutes. If you're looking to rest well, this is the one. In the area there are 2 supermarkets, food places, a very good grill, bakeries and a 24-hour kiosk on the corner, which offers you what you need. For a couple it is an ideal place, we loved it and we would be happy to come back. Many thanks to Manuel who was kind and attentive to our queries.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough! The place is beautiful and spacious, just like in the pictures. It has huge windows, so it's very bright, and one of them faces a big tree, so you have privacy without having to close the curtains. You are within walking distance from some really cool restaurants and little cafes you can work from. You're also a couple meters from a street that has a bike path so you can bike around the city if you want to. Paula is great, she's very friendly, responsive, and she let me stay longer than the checkout time! 10/10 experience, I'll come back for sure.

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is as shown in the photos and Maria was super friendly and attentive, she even asked us what time we needed to check out. Because of the weather, we didn't have access to the terrace or pool, but everything looked beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Valentin's place was very quiet, we were able to rest very well since there was no noise. He was very willing and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need.
