Large and very cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen, airy apartment, very attentive and kind owner, super recommend!

Very nice place, beautiful view from all the rooms, big terrace with an outdoor dining table, and nice garden with orange trees. Kitchen well equipped so you can cook a meal for a family, 3 full-size bathrooms avoid traffic jam. Comfortable and nicely decorated without shishi. Downtown Ste Maxime is a pleasant 20min walk, public tennis courts and the beach 5min away downhill. Agathe is a very pleasant host. She responded typically within 15min or less, provided good advice and helped out with extra equipment. Very relaxing vacation.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Very nice house, well equipped, we felt very welcome. There is simply nothing missing and the location to the beach or downtown is optimal. Simply put, an all-round perfect house in Sanary sur mer. Monique is a perfect hostess, we will be happy to come back

The Villa d 'Emmanuelle and Bruno is ideally located in a quiet residential area, but close to commerce and 15 minutes from the port of Cassis The villa is very spacious and perfectly suited for 10 people It has a large living room, a beautiful equipped kitchen and a large dining room 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms accessible via a staircase. 2 out of 5 bedrooms are equipped with bathroom and toilet! A real plus. The annex with the game room (ping pong / baby foot) + an outdoor pétanque court completes it all! My stay was in March, so I didn't use the pool. But the vast terrace that surrounds the beautiful pool (which was clean when I arrived) leaves me no doubt about the moments of relaxation possible during the warm periods. Access by automatic gate in a small courtyard, allows you to enter (and secure) 3 cars Finally, communication with Bruno is easy and pleasant

Mounir's place was oerfecto, it was clean, had all the comforts and it's very nice. Mounir was very friendly, attentive and quick in communication. I recommend this place and its owner, thank you so much for everything!

Very nice house and very nice, good location, the pool and outdoor kitchen are nice. On the other hand, house not suitable for partying because at 10:30 p.m. there is no more noise even in the house. We were there for a bachelorette and we had specified it but at 10:32 we received a message from the owner asking us to make less noise ( namely that the owner lives below the house)
