In the heart of the small family vineyard, on the first floor of our farmhouse, finely restored apartment surrounded by greenery with a wonderful view of Oscano Castle, Tezio and Malbe Mountains. We are in Cenerente, a hamlet in the Perugia area in a strategic position: just 6 km from the centre, a few minutes by car from ancient villages such as Corciano or Solomeo and from the entrance to the highway (E45) to visit Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi and others beautiful Umbrian places.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.
