Sit by the fire pit enjoying the night time birds singing. The village is close by and equipped with every shop you’ll need. Everywhere is within easy reach by car or walking. You will not be disappointed when staying here.

Cosy, 2 Bedroom Cottage in Guisborough Town Centre

XueyanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Amazing spacious house right in Guisborough city centre and easy access to beachside towns near the north York moor national park area. We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay and wish we booked one more night! Parking is not on-site but very close (30 sec to a min walk), free overnight and two hours free parking disc during the day. The bathroom light was broken during our stay unfortunately but the host was quick to communicate and it doesn’t matter much due to the long daylight hours in summer and it’s probably just an one-off event. Overall it was a really good stay and I’d highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the seaside towns!

Thank you Margaret for a stay we will always remember with great fondness. The cottage is picture perfect, beautifully decorated, and character filled with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, with Whitby and Robins Hood Bay close by. We were not expecting how spectacular the country side is, and the views from the cottage were stunning. Margaret is the perfect host, and her accomodation is of the highest quality. Ten out if Ten from us!

What a fabulous place to return to after a day walking in the hills. Warm, clean, comfortable and close to eating places and not to mention delicious Fish and Chips just round the corner. John is very welcoming and helpful. Would return, for sure, if in this area again. Thank you very much.

Stunning views, 4 acres, dog friendly, Yorkshire

After navigating getting off the main road, towards the cottage, you are welcomed to a beautiful green space and well kept garden. The chickens were very welcoming and I loved how a variety of coffee was left for the morning cuppa! The view from the bedroom was fantastic and the little things like binoculars showed how much they cared!
