One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment located in the Residence Carlo Magno, is a studio apartment on the ground floor, overlooking the mountains and the ski slope, a stone's throw from the Belvedere di Folgarida facility. The apartment is furnished in a modern style, with all the necessary comforts to spend a quiet, carefree vacation. The interior space consists of a large kitchen complete with everything, a bright living room with a double sofa bed and a double bed, wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower.

It has parking in front of the building, a large living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a window. A bed for a third person can be added in the entrance area. Close to the bike path and a starting point for beautiful walks in the Brenta Dolomites!

A two-level apartment with a large living area, perfect for up to 10 people. Spacious, with a large dining room and a seating area, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment with a terrace and mountain views. Guests have access to a bath lounge with a private sauna. The sauna is located in the apartment and is available only to its guests. We have two more apartments in the same building, in total there is room for 20 people in Casa.

Ideal for a large family, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, but with the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The spaciousness of the rooms and the new furnishings make it comfortable and cozy. It has a ski locker in a special room and free covered parking. The property is ideal for those looking for a real “digital detox.” You can reach it in five minutes by car on the dirt road. Bedding is not included in the price: upon request, we can provide single sheets for €10, double sheets for €20, and a set of three towels (small, medium, large) for €10.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
