Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

Loved Jonathan's spot. Clean, modern, and easy to get to. Free garage parking was a bonus. Will rent again from Jonathan for sure!

We had an amazing trip! Steven was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family getaway. One of the biggest highlights was the backyard. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and included everything as described. The location of the house was great and close to a lot of food options. The only thing I would recommend in the bathroom is more hooks or places to hang stuff. We had a party of 2 but noticed there was only 1 hook for towels. While parking is included, it is a bit tricky due to the tight space. Overall, would recommend this place.

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!
