Very spacious and comfortable house located in a great location to visit the Tagliamento River and several natural attractions such as Lake Cornino and the Biotopo del Acqua Caduta. Alessandro's place is in a great location. it is surrounded by mountains, which gives a certain charm. We wanted to hike in the dolomites and the location was perfect for that. There are several restaurants in the area as well. Alessandro was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would recommned this property.

Lovely flat 6-7 minutes drive from the bottom of the Marmalade lift station. Very nice hosts. Very much enjoyed my stay for sking.

Excellent communication, flexible check-in, available for any questions and needs, Ben's apartment is heated, clean and fairly equipped. For those who rent, consider that the following is not provided: oil/coffee, shower gel/shampoo and towels. Toilet paper rolls are available but limited. Below the house there is a small shop where you can buy what you need.

We enjoyed staying in this clean and cosy apartment which is situated just up the hill from the town centre, reached by steps or escalator. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the various treats and provisions left for us. We'd be pleased to stay there again in the future.

Irene is a fantastic person! Definitely beautiful apartment, clean and with all the comforts you have at home. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, spaces suitable for optimal management of 6 people. Very quiet location, the stream that flows a few meters from the balcony creates a perfect background for moments of relaxation. This was our first time in the Dolomites and we couldn’t have been luckier to find such a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The location was close to hiking trails, restaurants and a grocery store. We were a close drive to most of the sites we wanted to see. We highly recommend this location. The views from the balcony were amazing. We hope to come back in the winter months for some skiing.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoo and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very convenient in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's on the main road, but the fixtures insulate well from the noise. Recommended!

Great place for a family retreat !

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Don’t hesitate to book this place. This was one of the best air bnbs I have ever been in. I would fully recommend this place especially for groups and it is beautiful and amazing to ski in. I love it.

It’s great location, peaceful on one hand and less then one hour drive to the sea (Grade city), and several ski resorts. Lots of supermarkets 10 min drive. Very nice BBQ sen in the garden, and open fire place in the living room. Parking spot is next to the apartment big enough for 2 cars. We are thinking to come once again on summer.

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

The villa is amazing, the location is perfect and with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding area. It is especially family-friendly, very cool place! Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, he certainly made sure we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very unique experience in Polcenigo!
