Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Evening/morning use of teagarden and putting shed areas. Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.
