a very comfortable stay. the apartment was very clean and modern. easy check in and communication was great. The addition to access to the pool was great for the late afternoons. would recommend

Es una casa muy acogedora y todo lo que sale en las fotos lo tiene. En la cocina hay de todo. El baños es grande y estaba súper limpio al igual que el resto de estancias de la casa. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Daniel, fue súper generoso con nosotros u con nuestras mascotas. Te atiende muy rápido y muy amable. Además comimos en su restaurante el Pikinini y es para ir a comer diariamente. Comida ESPECTACULAR!! Todo súper bien cocinado, con productos de calidad. Volveremos a repetir sin lugar a dudas.

El apartamento está a pie de la playa de San José. Hay restaurantes casi al pie del apartamento y una cafetería justo abajo donde hemos desayunado estupendamente. Está situado en el centro de la zona turística de San José y tiene una terraza maravillosa donde puedes salir por la mañana y te da un sol y unas vistas estupendas. A la playa de San José tardas 5 minutos escasos porque está justo al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento muy limpio, con todas la comodidades. La coordinación para llegar ha sido muy buena. Nos ha esperado María para darnos las llaves y el mando del garaje que ha sido lo más porque no hemos tenido problema de aparcamiento. Es un apartamento muy recomendable para quien esté buscando comodidad, tranquilidad, descanso, playa y un poco de buena comida, heladerías, tiendas, etc. 100% recomendable.

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa, moderna y cuidada al más nimio detalle. Pilar atenta y encantadora. Destaca su ubicación frente al mar en el mismo paseo marítimo.

Todo perfecto, corresponde con la descripción y Antonio Francisco muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. Desde luego merece la pena y sin duda repetiría💯👌

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Noelia et son mari! Ils ont été très gentils et réactif. Le logement est très spacieux et la résidence très calme , parfait pour se détendre. Les équipements (piscines et salle de sport) sont un vrai plus ! Je recommande à 100%

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Fantastic and spacious little apartment for a couple, literally a 5min walk uphill from the beach in a quiet residential area. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and a great supermarket at the foot of the building. Easy free parking on the street outside. The little balcony facing the sea was a big draw when booking, and didn't disappoint. The interior is not over-cluttered, and has ample storage. Extra bedding provided when requested, and excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Our contact person was Carlos, and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a wonderful time. NB. There is a half-completed building going up behind the block, but not much seemed to be happening during our stay. Probably worth checking at point of booking if that's going to bother you.

Simplemente perfecto. El bungalow de Carlos superó todas nuestras expectativas: es aún más bonito que en las fotos, decorado con un gusto exquisito y con cada detalle pensado para que la estancia sea cómoda y acogedora. La limpieza era impecable y la luz natural que entra por la mañana lo hace aún más especial. Pero lo mejor de todo es su ubicación inmejorable, ¡a solo unos pasos de la playa! Despertar y desayunar con el sonido del Mar fue un verdadero lujo. Carlos fue un anfitrión excepcional: amable, atento y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. ¡Volveremos!

Really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous comfy super king bed with lovely cotton linen. Had all the extras to take it from a holiday rental to a special home from home.

Byt "Casa de Valtravieso" je součástí většího domu se třemi byty. Byt, ve kterém jsme se ubytovali je ve zvýšeném přízemí s velkou terasou na jižní straně a patiem se sezením na severní straně - toto patio přiléhá k ložnici. Byt jsme si pronajali na měsíc (březen 2025). Zvláště vzhledem k termínu mimo hlavní sezonu byla cena za tento pronájem a jeho hodnotu opravdu výhodná. Dům je starší, rekonstruovaný v posledních dvou letech. Antonio je milý člověk, na místě byl i v době, kdy jsme přijeli. Poté jsme se několikrát potkali během našeho pobytu a vždy jsme spolu alespoň chvíli neformálně mluvili. Při našem příjezdu jsem také Antonia požádal, zda nemá starší pracovní stůl pro vytvoření malého pracovního místa pro laptop. Stůl nám poskytnul, to se nám velmi hodilo. Před naším pobytem v interieru nebyl jídelní stůl - v teplejším období se předpokládá, že jíte na terase. Před naším příjezdem Antonio pořídil nový jídelní stůl i do jídelny. Náš pobyt byl super a ubytování určitě doporučujeme!

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

El apartamento es bonito, y todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio.Tiene una terraza amplia para poder disfrutar en verano. La piscina está bien, y a mis hijos le encantó. Está en una zona tranquila, así que se puede descansar bien. Domingo es muy amable y nos recomendó lugares para comer. Sin duda repetiríamos.

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Gaïa est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les mieux typique. Elle ne parle pas français mais à appelé sa cousine qui elle le parle de façon excellente, donc aucun quiproquo. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais elle nous attendait, elle nous aussi expliqué où nous garer à proximité. Sont logement est top, et le prix est parfait. Je recommande en tout point

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment. Close to the beach, equipped with all necessary things. Very good communication with Angelo. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Oscar fue muy atento y amable, la llegada al alojamiento fue fácil con un vídeo perfectamente explicado todo! Recomendable, apartamento muy cómodo y bien cuidado, camas muy cómodas y todo bien aseado!
