Totally exceeded our expectations! Janine is very, very helpful and quick to respond. The views are stunning. The place is better than the photos. It is so spacious and well equipped. Plus there is lots to do. We had two toddlers with us and they were never bored. Highly, highly recommend a stay here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Coedfa Hall and the small adjoining house exceeded expectations - it is the most beautiful old house, full of character and charm with more than a dollop of old-world glamour and grandure....everything felt so special and yet we felt right at home. Our host had clearly thought so carefully about meeting guests' needs, with everything you need for a big family get together - well-equipped kitchen, amazing dining room, roaring fires, comfy sofas and a beautiful garden with multiple scenic sitting spots. Such a fantastic place, and amazing walks direct from the house! We will be back for another multi-generational gathering very soon!

We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

Absolutely loved our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Check in easy and friendly. Large parking area, and pool for swimming if the weather is on your side. Views from the cottage fantastic on a clear day. Great location for access to Snowdon and lovely scenic towns to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

We had a fantastic stay at Joan’s place. Check in was easy and communication was great. The place is perfect for a week long holiday or longer - it has everything you need to cook and relax. Had a great few days over Easter. The property was perfect for us, the view from the cuddle chair in front of the main window was something you could watch all day. There wasn’t anything missing and although we ate out most of the time everything that is needed to cook a meal was available. We were lucky with the weather and it was a perfect location for getting out and about, either on foot or in the car. We took lovely walks in both directions. Lidl and Tesco were within easy reach by car. Had a fab time.

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. Hafod Y Llan Bach is always a great place to be. This is now our 4th stay and will be booking the next soon. The location is always beautiful no matter the weather. Lucinda is always friendly and helpful and the place is beautifully curated with everything you need. The lake is on the doorstep and is a great walk or just place to find some peace. It’s also close enough to get to key locations like the mountains or beaches Can’t wait to get back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up—exactly as pictured. One of the highlights of our trip was the experience with the personal chef, Henry. He was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. The host was also fantastic—communicative and helpful throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you have the chance to book Chef Henry!

This was the third year we have stayed here and, as previously, everything was straight-forward and worked very well. A great location for days on the beach and within easy walking distance of places to eat and the local pub. Ideal for our extended family with two young children and we will be looking to go again in the future. Host was friendly and accommodating, overall highly recommended.

Such a beautiful location and close to snowdon if you have plans to climb! The views from the hot tub were gorgeous especially at sunset! The house is well set up provided with everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Comfortable clean accommodation in a beautiful peaceful setting, with kind, friendly and helpful neighbours. My favourite part was sitting in the lovely garden, listening to the brook flowing by while watching the house martins swirl around overhead.

The property has been beautifully refurbished and all finishes and furniture are of a very high specification. All rooms are generously sized. And the cinema room is awesome. The views from the garden are stunning. It all makes for a 5* experience really. Our only comment would be around the communication accuracy. We only stayed two nights (as a base for climbing Snowdon) so wanted to know if we needed to bring consumables like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll etc. Everything we were told was not provided was actually there when we arrived - except we arrived via the supermarket having bought it! I also think the check-in / check-out could be more flexible for short lets. we were not allowed in before 16.00 on the day of arrival and had to leave by 10.00 on the morning of check-out, with beds stripped and dishwasher run and emptied. Which made for a frenetic and early start on the morning we left.

Absolutely loved our time at the cottage. It was immaculate and had all things we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and views are stunning! It was lovely to sit out with a cuppa at night and watch the sun set over the hills. It is only a 25 min walk to the promenade or a quick 5 min drive. There is a coop and restaurant nearby too. Can't wait to return. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay here! Very clear instructions and simple check in and out. Outdoor decking space was amazing as we had fab weather for our stay and the bedroom sea view was beautiful!

Great place to stay, but not much parking spaces (although the host offered to give up their space for us) and there is no door in the bath room. So depending if you are going on your own or if you are really comfortable with your partner knowing the intimate details of your daily routine, it is something to consider.
