Suite is very quiet and has gas fireplace, ambient lighting, rain shower, heated floors in bathroom, large flat screen TV, high end appliances, gas BBQ, & an outdoor sitting area all at your disposal. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

Welcome to your Victoria getaway! Our cozy 2-bedroom, 3-bed suite is perfect for families, friends, or visiting students. It’s steps from Royal Roads University and close to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Victoria is just 20 minutes away. Please note: We live upstairs with our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 12). While the suite is soundproofed, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps, voices, piano, or kids playing. If you need complete silence, this may not be the best fit.

EVO bike, scooter and car rentals near by. Mill Hill and Thetis Lake are both within walking distance. The suite is a 6 min drive off the highway and 20 mins to downtown Victoria. Lots of local restaurants and shopping in Langford and the surrounding communities.
