Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Columbus

Although the house itself is on the smaller side(you expect that in German Village), it was perfect for a longer weekend - strolled throughout the neighborhood, visited Schiller Park, and enjoyed several cafes/bars/restaurants. It's the perfect location.

The house was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable, with a nice quiet neighborhood. My grandson and I went walking every day. Minutes away from all Columbus has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

This has been one of my favorite places to stay so far. I really enjoyed the art and design in and out of the house. Easy to follow instructions and communication went well. Nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. Exactly as advertised

The Union Jack was a combination of the Chamber of Commerce welcoming you to the home and a museum of intriguing items. The refrigerator is painted in vibrant colors of the Union Jack flag, scales in the kitchen, the old postal big clock to more. A must see place. We felt at home. This is a smart home so felt very safe with security, entering to playing music throughout the house. Kitchen has everything one needs to cook or bake plus condiments and so much more. We enjoyed the peace and quiet even though on a busy street. Take a walk around the area to see the unique architecture of the homes. Very friendly people in the area. We definitely plan to come back. Nice to unwind and say ahhhhhhh at The Union Jack.

I felt right at home but also on a proper vacation at the Italian Villa! Yummy coffee machine, modern updates and appliances, such a fun and functional feel in the whole space! Perfect for hang outs with friends and family. Plus parking and so many amenities! Will be back!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Columbus! The place was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with great access to local spots and easy parking. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made check-in and the entire stay effortless. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Columbus – highly recommend!

We stayed here for the breakaway festival happening in town for the weekend. It was in a close proximity to uber to the event and the place was cute & cozy

This place was awesome I got to stay in a Castle! At least that’s what I’ve told anyone that will listen. Anyhow, amazing studio. Very open and bright. Also cozy at night. Had everything I needed for a hectic 2 days finishing up a work project. Host even allowed me to extend last minute, which was incredibly accommodating. If I ever need a place while visiting Columbus again, I’ll definitely check if this one is free first. (SN: the host is not kidding when they say there is several stairs; if that’s an issue for you, maybe reconsider)

Alezah’s apartment is just amazing. The family loved and so far is the best place I’ve been in Columbus area. Cozy, great neighborhood. Definitely is gonna be the place I will always look for on my next trips to Columbus

Stayed here for a weekend vibe with a friend and it was excellent! the airbnb matched the description of the pictures and everything was walkable and within distance. Blinds are in the windows for anyone worrying about privacy. Nicole was so responsive and even let us do late check-out! Would love to return again! One thing we thought could be added/fixed would be that the wifi was extremely slow and spotty at times and dryer sheets could be included. Maybe a tea strainer or tea capsules (or hot cocoa) for people that don't like to drink coffee.

Charming and quaint. Beautiful ravine that’s very walkable, leads to a colorful and vibrant little neighborhood street. The place was homey feeling and just enough room for 1-2 people. I loved the large picture window in the kitchen. Convenient location to get to lots of charismatic neighborhoods and a quick drive to the downtown area.

This was a great stay for an event at the convention center. Directions were clear and a short walk anywhere I needed to be. Short ride away from the airport made for easy check-in and check-out. Amazing value for the location.

If you’re looking for a quaint spot to stay in the city this is the place. The entrance is on a quiet side street — once inside the unit you’ll see the windows overlook the main strip. If you need a break from the city there is a large park at the end of the street. So you get the city life and a park within one block from here. The description mentioned that it can get noisy on weekends but I slept fine without the ear plugs or noise machine and I’m a light sleeper. I would rent again!

We made last minute plans, and were so lucky to find this home available for the exact dates we needed lodging. The fun arcade games were entertaining, and the hosts even left us a personalized greeting on the chalkboard! We were super thankful for the carport during the downpour, and loved that the home was just 3 miles from the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great, it’s cozy and close to everything, but prepare yourself for a list of rules and a lengthy required check in phone call, regardless of what time you get there (even 1am). I was tired and it was excessive. Nonetheless, this unit is a gem and has everything you could need or want. It was cheaper than a hotel and the value was there. It is noisy but I used the provided sleep fan every night. Oh, and open the window shades all the way (despite the instructions that “you really don’t ever need to open them all the way”). The natural light really lights the unit up well. I’d stay here again.

Loved Darren's loft!! Easy to find, great location and I felt right at home! I would definitely rent Darren's Loft again!
