You can close your door, but this won't work if you're allergic or don't want cats near you. Because this is a great deal, you agree to be relaxed about the space. Welcome to my studio! Providing easy access to DC and all Arlington neighborhoods, it’s perfect for any student or traveling professional! It’s an 8 min walk to the Rosslyn Metro Station, a 15 min walk into Georgetown, and conveniently located close to various restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores. A 10 min drive from both George Washington University/Hospital and Georgetown University/Hospital, and < 30 min drive to all other major hospitals in the DC area.

Cozy Studio in NE D.C.

Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
