"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The farmhouse consists of 3 bedrooms, for a total of 8 beds and 2 bathrooms. Outside the pool, with a panoramic view for your exclusive use. The agricultural activity consists of extensive outdoor breeding of animals (poultry and pigs) and the direct sale of eggs, vegetables, fresh and processed meat.
