Great place to stay. Very accessible to local grocery stores, great central location and reasonable pricing. Overall highly recommended.

El lugar, es muy comodo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse, la playa cercana es bonita. Melanie y Alex son muy atentos, nos resolvieron dudas y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, ideal para pasar la tarde relajado, viaje con un Niño y disfrutamos al maximo la piscina. Por la mañana puedes desayunar en la cafeteria cercana y disfrutar de un buen café.

I don’t have enough great things to say about Marianne’s house. This was the perfect stay for our group of 6 for a bachelorette party. Marianne was extremely responsive ahead of the trip and helped to arrange chef meals as well as grocery shopping done on our behalf. This place is in great proximity (driving) to amazing restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing rental property and location. It was all that we had hoped for and more, from the spectacular view, the spacious and full kitchen, the deck and infinity pool to the comfortable bed. Sleeping with the windows open and the ocean breezes and crashing of the waves was sublime! The attendant - Estela - was also very responsive (and sweet) before and during our stay if there were questions about transportation from the airport, or anything to do with the rental or restaurant recommendations. A couple pro tips: bring strong mosquito repellent for those nights that are temperate enough to sleep with the windows open. Also earplugs in case the ocean waves crashing keeps you awake. There can also be construction nearby in the morning hours but it didn't seem like anything got loud until after 9am. Overall A+. Sayulita was one of our very best vacations and this rental helped make it so. Highly recommended!

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my 40th. It was perfect and all that we wanted- close to ZR but also private and peaceful. Ana was wonderful and every single member of the support staff was warm and friendly. Absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely magical stay at this gorgeous villa! Was a perfect fit for four couples, each with own master suite, master bath & private view balcony. This is outdoor living at its finest! Great indoor living room, kitchen and dining room, but we spent our time in outdoor living room taking in that gorgeous view of the ocean, watching whales go by, listening to music and enjoying chefs margaritas and salsa/chips! We stay every year at Villas and this was the best food we had ever had! The presentation was amazing & food was spectacular!! You could tell that the staff took huge pride in this! The staff worked hard to get the pool at the right temperature, get us anything we needed, go above and beyond to help us out, including late checkout, picking us up and taking us to the airport and on and on! The walk is maybe 10 minutes down to the beach. Steep 20 minutes back up. There is a restaurant below where you can pay $10 to sit at chairs on beach, order drinks and eat lunch!

Beautiful casita with wonderful view. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous details. Everyone was so friendly and Alejandro went above and beyond. A few minutes walk to Abuelos, the best restaurant in Yelapa. The shower was great, the aircon was perfect, the bed was comfy, really high design and extremely lux for Yelapa. All the windows open for the world’s best most breezy view. No mosquitoes in April! A few things to note: The internet and cell service was very limited the week we were there.. if you need to work bring a portable starlink! Perched above the town, you hear everything. I wore earplugs and noise canceling headphones every night. The hot tub is beyond glorious, you are at the same height as the soaring birds. You need to specifically request that the hot tub is turned up if you would like it hot. Otherwise it is kept cool. If it’s your first time to Yelapa, ask for directions to the stairs for the beach! Beware jellyfish. Thanks again Ruben and Angelica!!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

such a beautiful airbnb - even better than the pictures! the view from the pool / outdoor area is gorgeous. the home is beautifully decorated. kitchen was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this spot. can't express how much we all loved it. David is awesome!! super responsive and helpful. he made our experience seamless. we were greeted with fresh guacamole and salsa, in addition to the groceries we pre-ordered via david. everything was spotless upon arrival and even cleaned mid-stay with laundry! we split the 3 beds between 6 women and didn't have an issue with space. note that it is up on the hill so it's a bit of a hike up, but ubers are readily available and super cheap. close to many great spots in zona romantica. thank you!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb and we were not disappointed. From the breathtaking views to the incredibly comfortable beds, everything was perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and its proximity to hidden gem restaurants made dining out a delightful experience. Polo and Alex were exceptional hosts, addressing any issues we had promptly, regardless of the time. Javier's recommendations of a private chef was a highlight of our trip - the culinary experience was phenomenal. While we regret not being able to visit the Chef's Restaurant, Casa 449, it is on our list for when we return and we will be back. The private rooftop pool was unbeatable and provided the serene escape we all needed.

Great location, great space, responsive host. Very happy with stay with two exceptions. Construction noise across the street - not the host’s fault. Upstairs bathroom had an issue that I assume the host will take care of before the next guest arrives. A very good choice for a large group.

Francisco es un excelente anfitrión, súper amable y siempre al pendiente. La villa súper cómoda, limpia, muy bonita, ordenada, súper amplia, el condominio muy céntrico, para gusto de todos; nuestra estancia fué muy plácida, sin duda volvería a regresar! Amamos todo. Lo súper recomiendo.
