Spacious room, large closets, very comfortable mattress bed, sheet and duvet in satin scented with cologne. The sunny living and dining area overlook the garden with palm trees. My room is located inside a house in Toulouse down town with garden a privative courtyard to park your vehicle. You can benefit from common places of ground floor (free kitchen for cook, dining room, big outside terrace...) and also a complete breakfast including of base jam, butter, bread or toast, fruit juice, coffee, tea, coffee with milk, chocolate... The access to the public transportation is quite close and detailed below in the section transport.

From the living room, you can access a very bright living space of 50 m2 with independent entrance on the ground floor. You have a space to work, read, treadmill, and other sports equipment.

You will love this charming independent studio with bedroom and bathroom/toilet, overlooking my garden which you will access to enjoy the bbq and deckchairs in the Minimes district of Toulouse, street parking, very pleasant area 15 minutes by bike from Place du Capitole and close to all amenities! The studio is equipped with sheets, towels, coffee maker and kettle and some dishes.
