Vacation rentals in Colombaio

For two families in need of four bedrooms, this was an outstanding choice for us. It was so convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, Pitti Palace, and the gardens. It was easy to acquire transportation right in front of the door. Erika was amazing, And we highly recommend a cooking class with her right there in that beautiful kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

Lorenzo went above and beyond as a host. Extremely fast responses and even helped me with some local recommendations. Highly highly recommend booking with them. Place is exactly as described, comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Very easy check in and access. The location is in a quieter area about a 15-20m walk away from the city center, or there is a tram close by (2min walk) that will take you in one stop.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

We stayed with Vinci and his daughter during the Easter holidays. We had a great time, strategic location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The welcome was warm, they even offered us two homemade cakes during our stay. The two hosts were also very helpful in giving us recommendations for typical restaurants to dine at. The apartment is new, bright, clean and reflects the photos well. At our departure we were also given a very good homemade jam. Highly recommended stay

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

This place was beautiful and great. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing time with accessibility to local activities and it was great. Nice place. Would return.

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and bring family with us too. There simply aren't any words to describe how much we loved our time at Peruzzo!
