This family home for 5 generations (1865), completely renovated between 2023 and 2025. The work made it possible to transform it into a modern residence, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, including for people with limited mobility (armchair). Also enjoy its bioclimatic veranda (2025) or its wood-burning stove (living room) and gas stove (veranda), which is highly appreciated during the cold season. House with Orange fiber, perfectly suited for teleworking.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
