Very much enjoyed staying at Salvatore’s house. Everything was as described and looked just like the photos. Pristinely clean and well accommodated, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was very special and the pool was pristine.

Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Der Aufenthalt bei Giuseppe und Gloria war wundervoll. Wir sind erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen und wurden von den beiden herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht - Küchenutensilien, Strandtücher, Grill und Zubehör, Pool, Außendusche, Liegen und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der durch ein großes Tor geschützt ist. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat ist die Altstadt gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Strand und Supermärkte. Ein Highlight war für uns der Weg hoch auf den Berg zur Unterkunft mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum, aber alles der Reihe nach.Wir (ein Paar mit 2 Kinder, 4 und 7 Jahre) und zwei Omas sind abends spät angereist. Emanueles Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Plus sie hatten für uns was zu essen besorgt. Tolle Gastgeber und Goldwert wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß in diesem Haus. Das Wetter hat mit gemacht und wir haben den Pool genossen. Morgens auf der Veranda zu frühstücken war fabelhaft. Nicht mal 5Minuten entfernt ist der Strand, der für sizilianische Verhältnisse sauber war, und wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort. In paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Bahnhof, aber für den Einkauf braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Cefalù ist 15 Minuten und Palermo 50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man 1 Emanuele hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen🤩Eine absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Viel Platz, schöne Lage und sehr sauber. Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Ohne Auto ist es etwas schwierig zu erreichen. In der Unterkunft angekommen, hatten wir auf dem Tisch frisches Brot, Eier, Marmelade, ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten und natürlich italienische Zitronen. Danke dafür Wir empfehlen es weiter und würden erneut Buchen

Beautiful place to stay in a tranquil location with lovely scenery. Nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave grill, hob, fridge freezer and lots of pots and pans, plus basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, garlic etc). Bathroom was really nicely done, plenty of space, with toilet, jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet. Lots of candles, artwork and ornaments helped to give the place a homely feel. The pool area was fantastic with lots of different seating areas, a wonderful pool and some shade. The only downsides to the whole place were the bed which was uncomfortable, and the shower - it did not maintain a consistent temperature, going from cold to very hot, then back to cold, so a comfortable shower was not possible, we had to constantly change the temperature and from one shower head to another. Valentina was very welcoming, with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us on arrival. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any messages.

Unkomplizierte , liebenswerte, fürsorgliche, tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns fast wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt - Gabriele, Ettore und Ettores Mutter, die gute Seele des Hauses, hat uns mehrmals mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten versorgt und wenn das Wasser dem Ende entgegen ging, stand schon ein neuer 6-pack vor der Tür, gleiches gilt für die Bettwäsche - die Gastgeberfamilie ist ein gut eingespieltes Team, die im Hintergrund alles dafür tun, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Danke!! Die Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, ich glaube es gibt nichts Vergleichbares in dieser Nähe zu Palermo, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das azurblaue Meer ist direkt unter der Wohnung , wir konnten uns gut erholen und möchten wiederkommen, die Gastfreundschaft empfanden wir neben diesem Juwel an Wohnung ganz besonders!

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Wir hatten dort sehr erholsame Tage. Das Haus war toll, sehr schön und modern und die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Felsen von Cefalu war einfach toll.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marilena e Francesco et nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Ils ont été très discrets tout en restant disponibles si nous en avions besoin et flexibles sur notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est très bien équipé, vous y trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin. La plage est accessible à pied en 10-15min. Nous ne savions pas exactement où nous arrivions, mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Mondello qui est proche de Palerme et beaucoup plus calme. À savoir qu’il y a quelques chiens dans le quartier. On recommande!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

Aldo da subito si è mostrato cordiale e reattivo, dando delle indicazioni precise e rispondendo e venendo incontro a tutte le nostre richieste (come ad esempio il check in anticipato). La casa è perfetta per famiglie con bambini, ci sono anche i seggioloni e giochi per bambini nonché un grande spazio esterno. Ci ha molto colpiti la gentilezza di Aldo che ci ha fatto trovare dei regalino per bambini e delle ottime panelle. Ottima accoglienza e comunicazione. Lo raccomando e ci torneremo senza dubbio

Gorgeous property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Flo is the most fabulous host, providing wonderful information before arrival (including a video to help find the property and how to check in) and sent recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the kayak/paddleboards as we missed the day when the sea was calm, but we instead went into the mountains (reached within a couple of minutes) and did a quad bike tour which was fun. Would love to return !

La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

Loredana is a fantastic host! She responded right away when we requested a reservation. She checked in with us the day before our arrival. When she learned that we were arriving by train, she offered to pick us up at the station (not at all expected). She checked in with us once during our stay, just to make sure we were doing Ok. Upon our departure, she again offered us a ride to the train station. Her place, Casa "Al Plumbago," is absolutely beautiful! I can not over state the beauty of the view, and of the house itself. The photos don't do it justice. Be ready for lots of stairs, both in the house and getting to/from town. We had a rental car reserved for halfway through our stay. We opted to cancel it because driving and parking in Termini Imerese seem very stressful. We didn't miss having a car. The town itself has plenty of amenities, and the train station, a ten minute walk away, can take you anywhere on the north coast. We hope to come back one day and stay for a month!

The flexibility for the last minute booking was fantastic, following with Francesco's quick communication and connecting. Francesco works in team with his lovely mom, which assures that the keys are release upon arrival. I travelled solo, short stay, could have stayed longer to discover beauty of surroundings, perhaps hiking, saw horseback riding too... The place is very clean, quiet, just what I needed to realigh. However, if someone may have some issues with legs, hips, that may not be the place of desire as there is almost 40 stairs to the kitchen from the entry. One may treat it as a good excercise program, too. I would definately stay at Francesco's place again and hear his recommendations for Sicily travels.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

Piero was very helpful and answered all of our questions before arriving in Pollina. He’s very responsive and kind. The house was really great for its price. We were even able to invite two people from our family during our stay. Internet was a bit tricky but we were able to buy a SIM card with 250GB of internet so we were able to work and have meetings. We recommend Piero’s place to anyone who wants to visit Sicily. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the top but well worth it because of the views and the people in Pollina are warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back next time!

Die Villa in Campofelice ist wirklich der Hammer. Eine tolle kleine und einheimische Gegend. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum, man hat alles was man braucht und ist in 3min am Strand, dabei ist es auch total ruhig, weil man zwar Nachbarn hat, aber wenn man keinen Kontakt will, hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe. Eine absolute Erholungs-Oase! Außerdem ist die Villa viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Es gibt auch einige Strandlokale und tolle Restaurants am Strand, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind! Der Gastgeber hat auch absolute Geheimtipps auf Lager, wo man besonders den sonnigen Tag mit einer wundervollen Sizilianischen Küche ausklingen lassen kann! Also total empfehlenswert! Auch mit Kindern oder klein Kindern super, denn man hat sein eigenes Grundstück mit einem Tor und man kann sich darinnen frei bewegen! Die zwei Außenduschen waren perfekt nach einem sandigen und salzigen Strandtag! 😉 Und auch die Grill Abende mit hier ausgestattet Grill waren toll! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Gracie mile!
