Monthly Rentals in Collemeto

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. I have been to this wonderful corner of earthly paradise with my 4 dogs. Giuseppe was very helpful in providing all the information and for any need he met our expectations. The house is spacious, clean and wonderful, super equipped. The outdoor space is very nice with a BBQ shower pool. I had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe's father, who worked in the land adjacent to the house and offered us many products from the land, as well as offering us his availability for any eventuality. We felt right at home. My dogs had fun running in the large outdoor space.

The pictures on Airbnb are hardly able to accurately describe the apartment. The apartment is really much more magnificent. The apartment is spacious and very impressive. The huge roof terrace is a highlight. The living rooms and bedrooms are good and furnished with lots of closets and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances. Nothing is missing. We've had many good apartments. This apartment surpasses everyone and is absolutely top class. The host is extremely helpful. He kept asking if everything was okay. He made suggestions for activities and excursions as well as for gastronomy. He was always approachable and responded to inquiries within a very short time. The apartment and the host are recommended without restrictions.

Very nice apartment, good location close to the city center. Very quiet residence on the first floor. Andréa was very responsive and very kind. We were received by Andrea's mom, Daniella, who was also very professional and very kind. I recommend it.
