This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. With plenty around to do, we are only 10 minutes from the nationally known, Port Royal Speedway. Close to state parks, ski resorts, fly fishing, hiking and kayaking. And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!
