Monthly Rentals in College Hill, Providence

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

I loved this space and the historic New England location. It was beautiful, easy and enjoyable to walk the area, amazing access to Brown. When we arrived, there was an event going on at Brown which made parking a challenge but it was well cleared out by 5 PM. Hamzah was extremely thorough with communication regarding parking, local recommendations, and accessing the unit. The front entrance doors are a bit heavy and loud if you don't catch them before they jump closed so take care when coming/going.

Loved the location, such a beautiful walkable area that I felt safe walking even alone at times! Alison had great recommendations for dining, cocktails and coffee! Felt very at home during my stay; will definitely return
