Monthly Rentals in Colle La Guardia II

Nice place, very comfortable, feeling like at home, really spacious, beautiful terrace in the green, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, easy parking. We did not met the host but we can say he is a really nice person: he was extremely kind with check-in and check-out times. Some minor details can be improved, but altogether a great experience.

The place was fine, the host sent clear instructions on how to get to the place and where to park. The apartment was large and spacious enough. The only thing that could be better was the bathroom, specifically the shower that could be cleaner, but otherwise everything was fine. And also the trash separation instructions could have been more specific, but our fault was that we didn't ask the hosts before, so it's okay. Overall review is⭐️ 4.5/5⭐️

Alessandra’s place was a perfect little cottage on the lake and a great escape from the busyness of Rome. We relaxed in the sun enjoying the scenery, had a great dinner in town and hiked the nearby national park. Alessandra was a gracious hosts and gave us many great tips for enjoying our stay.

Completely new apartment with fresh furniture. Everything very modern. From the location you definitely need a car, as it is a little outside of Sabaudia. Overall, however, it has a good location to do a lot (the beach, day trip to Rome or even closer cities such as Terracina, Sperlonga or Gaeta). We felt very comfortable with Rino for a week.
