Upon entering, there is an open space with a living room, dining room, and kitchen with natural lighting and ventilation. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has 2 bedrooms with a closet and full bathroom in the hallway and finally the laundry area with a sink, washing machine and clothesline. All spaces have air conditioning.

Beautiful central apartment in the city of Colima. Just 4 blocks from the cathedral. A very cozy space to enjoy as a family or with your partner. All the comforts as if you were at home. We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.

It's a very new apartment, with TV and air conditioning, which is important in Colima. Parking space. I didn't like that it has few windows and not much ventilation capacity; I would have liked the parking lot not to be open; and I would recommend that it have a coffee maker. But the truth is that with a car, it's very good.

Yolanda is very attentive and was always available. I was very surprised by the speed of their response, always looking to help us. The apartment is identical to the photos and everything is in good condition. It is spacious and very well lit, although I think the heat is a bit enclosed in the living room, and that is the area where the internet works best (important for those of us who work remotely). The area is quiet with various shops so we don't struggle to find where to eat or where to buy an ice cream. I would definitely stay again, the only thing I think could be improved is the signage of the apartment's exclusive drawer to prevent other people from using the space.

In general, the place is as indicated in the listing, real photos, very relaxed, comfortable, clean and spacious 😊 It has everything you need to have a good stay, plus they give you keys to enter the parking lot without restrictive schedules. The pool area is very nice because of the vegetation around, it does not give the sun directly which makes the pool very cold (it is not heated). Its central location, close to restaurants and shopping. The center is close by car, walking in 20min. The smooth stone is 5 blocks away. Highly recommended to meet Colima.
