Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Colegiales

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

Dário and his apartment were certainly essential for my trip to Buenos Aires to be perfect. The place is amazing and well-equipped with everything. Very well located, close to everything! Many shops, restaurants and grocery stores near the apartment. It was exceptional and Dário was always very attentive! I hope to come back!

Such an amazing day I’ve been staying all over the world for the past five years traveling, and the location was fantastic. It’s close to everything and private enough of an area. The apartment was spotless. The big windows were amazing in the daytime having the sun feeling like you’re outside and really homely. I’m very grateful that I was able to stay in this home and will stay here again when I’m back great communicating with him as well, and the overall experience was fantastic

The apartment is very nice, modern and everything works well. It is in front of a greengrocer and butcher, a minimarket and a place selling pastries. Close to the subway, bus stop, gyms and supermarkets. Therefore, it is ideal for long-term stays. Alex always responded very quickly and was very attentive to everything I needed. I recommend it 100%.

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.

We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always found parking in the area. We'll be back for future visits to Buenos Aires

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Excellent accommodation, equipped with everything you need and in a strategic location in Palermo, close to bars and restaurants. In addition, it is very well located for getting to the main sites of Buenos Aires. Juan is a great host. I recommend it at 100!!
