Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cole Bay

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Daniel à Saint-Martin ! Tout était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L’endroit est calme, bien situé, et idéal pour profiter de l’île. Daniel a été un hôte au top : très réactif, disponible et attentif à chaque détail pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Stayed here for 2 days prior to boarding a sail to Bermuda. Excellent find. Very quiet. Excellent, timely responses from Jolanda. Centrally located- 10 minute ride from the airport. And literally at least 50 good restaurants within a quick walk. Close to Kim Sha beach and most marinas on Dutch side. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

An amazing place even better in person

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

Marcus & Jocelyn’s place was extremely nice. The location is about 30 mins from the airport which allowed us to view more of the island. The place was extremely nice, quiet and the view is beautiful. Irene the host was very friendly and provided treats at check in. The home was stocked with plenty of refreshments which was very thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Super séjour rien à dire Très calme et relaxant 10/10

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing and the beach was so beautiful! We LOVED the deck! Condo was very clean and host was great and super responsive. The complex was gated and well maintained. Airport was next door. We were neve bothered by the planes departing or arriving. We could actually walk down the beach and see them land. Close to shops and dining. The Boon bar and restaurant next door was a plus! We rented a car and toured the island - we used Sax car rental, Jay helped us get a great rate! There were plenty of grocery stores near by. Be aware of mosquitos on the island and bring bug spray. All the folks on the Dutch side were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Jahlina met us with milk, juice, eggs, butter, crackers, water, jam and drinks! They provided a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags to get us started. We would absolutely stay at Jay's again!!! One of the BEST airbnb I have ever booked!
