Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. 4 doors up from the Inn on the Green the space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. Amenities include fridge, kettle and Iron + board. In the village there are 2 pubs, a garage, shop, farm shop and train station

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex.
